Nonprofit CEOs are always going to have some gripe about the board and the board is always going to feel like there are things that could be done differently when running the organization.

At the end of the day, nonprofits have to manage that relationship and have discussions from both sides, so that the organization can be productive. If you don't resolve those issues, it can lead to the detriment of the organization. So people have to sit down and "have coffee together," so they can work things out.
